For your mobile subscription
If you are moving, simply keep us informed of your change of address by contacting our Customer Service.
For your Internet and TV subscriptions
First, test the eligibility of your future home for connection to the Tango network.
1. Once your eligibility has been verified, select the subscription adapted to your use and consumption.
2. Log in to our secure site.
3. Select 3 possible installation dates, based on your availability and that of our technicians.
4. You will receive an e-mail with a summary of your order, along with your contract, within 24 hours.
Please note that an administrative charge applies to all requests to move your landline, Internet and TV.
Once your move request has been registered, Tango will take care of moving your Internet, landline and TV. Of course, you can ask to keep your landline phone number.
Tango Tip: remember to take these steps at least 60 days before the date of the move.
