Does identification not work or are you unable to take a photo of your ID document or save your profile picture?
By default, the identification tool uses the camera of the device you are using. If you’re using a desktop computer, the image quality may not be good enough to recognize your identity document properly.
Make sure there is good lighting, a neutral background, and that you remain still during the shot.
If you can't take a photo of yourself, you can always directly upload a copy of your identity document and a recent profile photo.
NB: If the images are unreadable or the recent profile photo doesn't match your identity document, your order will be rejected.
