1. Finding your Luxtrust identifier
The Luxtrust identifier always starts with the first two letters of your name, followed by the first two letters of your first name, plus four numerals.
If your name is Jean Dupont, for example, your identifier will start with DUJE****.
Do a search in your text messages by typing the word Luxtrust.
Then, if you still can't find it, call Luxtrust’s customer service at 24 550 550 and your identifier will be sent to you by text message.
