Changing or canceling your order

The website does not directly allow you to cancel or change an order that has already been finalized.

As mentioned in our terms and conditions for distance selling, you have 14 days to cancel or change your order. If you wish to do so, you should contact Customer Service.

NB: If you have already received and unblocked your SIM card via your customer area, this will be considered as a waiver of this right of withdrawal.
