1. Choose your new subscription

You can take out a Mobile, Internet and TV subscription:

2. Open your line and keep your landline or mobile number (portability)

Regardless of your Luxembourg operator, you can keep your phone number when you switch to Tango. Just let us know you want to keep your number when you subscribe.

→ If it is a mobile number, please have your current operator's card with you. You will receive your new Tango SIM card.

We will send you a text message indicating the date that your number will be available at Tango.
On that date, simply insert your new Tango SIM card into your mobile phone. You will then be a Tango customer and can enjoy all the advantages of the offer you have chosen.
You don't have to do anything else!

Tango will take care of terminating your contract, as well as transferring your number and activating your line.

 → For a landline number, please have the latest bill from your current operator on hand. Once installed, don't forget to terminate your subscription with your previous operator.

NB: Number portability does not exempt you from your contractual and financial obligations arising from your previous contract. You must comply with the contractual obligations agreed with your previous operator and, above all, settle all your bills (for communications, subscriptions and services).
