Transferring your subscription or number

You can transfer your subscription to another person.

For any transfer request, fill in this form, to which you must append the following documents:

  • A copy of the identity document of the Current Account Holder and of the New Account Holder
  • A copy of the New Account Holder's Company bylaws  if transferring a subscription to a company
  • A copy of the New Account Holder's proof of residence in the case of a new Tango customer
  • Proof of mandate or of the capacity of legal representative in the case of a company

Your request will be processed within 15 days, once your complete file has been received.

In all cases, the transfer will not become effective until after the file has been processed, and the transfer date will be confirmed by letter addressed to the Current Holder and the New Holder.
